Maybe I just can't find it...anyone use coconut or rum extract as a mild flavor enhan

I made what I would call a Dark Pirate IPA, for my sister, but the roasted coconut flavor did not come through with the rum and final dry hop addition. I have had 4 people sample and they love it but all agree, coconut would make it perfect. I used a pound of fresh coconut from MX! I don't know...

From no pressure to very high pressure I continue to get dominantly foam taps. I have tried different co2 tanks, lines, connections...but nothing changes. Any ideas? I'm at a loss.

Can't get a good pour from 3 gallon kegs

Does anyone use 3 gallon kegs? I received 4 and use them with 10 gallon batches. They are a pain in the butt so far. I have tried everything with these kegs. From almost no pressure to close to 20 psi. It doesn't matter, I get a super foamy pour. At first I thought it may be the honey in the...

I'm stuck. I made several 5 gallon batches at the same time. I have 5 gallons of vani

I have 5 gallons of vanilla porter that is really ready to be bottled or kegged. I have two 3 gallon mini kegs. I'm low on bottles! I best start drinking some of this beer! Anyways, I want to put the 5 gallons in the two kegs but they may sit 2-3 months. Could I add corn sugar to start...
