Tampa/Gainesville crew Florida. What do you think of world of Beer?

Well they have two places for good beer one is packed and too small. While I don't like the feel at the other one. I think if people want to drink great beer there should be no qualifications for this. WoB is a great place to drink and not feel like you are in the wrong place.

Do these cities not have any beer bars at all? I would love to open any bar near gainesville but if it was open there I highly doubt it would be a World of Beer as the city is much too small and the crowd is not young enough. But I am sure a bar there would be much cheaper.

Most of them are pretty quiet before 9pm but you don't get the specials. Do you like Dunderbaks?

Tampa/Gainesville crew Florida. What do you think of world of Beer?

Brew pubs have insanely high fail rates. Hops, New world brewery just to name two in Tampa. Also, WoB is micro brew type as it has something like 300 beers. Oh and you should check out WoB its not too far from you I don't think. On Weds they have half off for college students and beers range...

Just curious as I am kicking around the idea of buying franchise rights in Gainesville if the company even thinks one would work there. Just kicking it around as it does cost 750k+

Tons of pears from our pear tree.. How to turn into pear cider?

How much of a pain would it be to juice and turn them into cider? They are super hard pears also. Just the type of pear it is.

Just finished my Keezer been shooting foam for 24 hours

Its like all the bubbles are on the top and when I swirl it they sink to the bottom and come back up.. The beer doesn't taste bad and compared to other beers in a bottle like Spaten it has the same amount of bubbles.. But bud I would get at a bar it has no bubbles. Guess its not flat but preference

Just finished my Keezer been shooting foam for 24 hours

But I seem to not keep any of my beers carbed at 12psi.. I have had to keep all of them 14psi

I wasn't shaking it but I forgot I had the gas on when I went to tap the keg.. Shot gas and beer went all over the place. Ever since all the carb seems to be in the foam.. Almost no bubbles.

Dont bars just throw a keg on? Their kegs seem to be carb maybe too much but not flat.

Just finished my Keezer been shooting foam for 24 hours

Shouldn't I not need to carb a keg of Bud select? Shouldn't it just be ready to go? I mean I am used to carbing my own kegs but thought I would be able to pick up a keg at the store and throw it on at 12-14 psi and be good.

Just finished my Keezer been shooting foam for 24 hours

Ok so I got 6 feet of 3/16 and it solved the foam problem.. Now the beer just seems kinda flat at close to 15psi.. Or the carb is just caught in the head.. Pours perfect, head good.. Not many bubbles.. Should I turn it up to 16 psi?

Just finished my Keezer been shooting foam for 24 hours

Well I just finished my keezer and put a real tap and shank on instead of a picnic tap. Before then all the comerical kegs were fine at 14 psi. I had a screw up while putting the new tap on though.. I left the plastic on the shank and kept screwing with it. Tap it with the gas on, shook up the...
