    I just finished and I am going to pitch in a few hours. Anyways my beers have been having a yeasty flavor. Some people highly suggest that I leave it in prime until it stops bubbleing. Then two days after rack to secondary. Do you all think I should do it?

    Each of the hops is label with time I drop them in. 60 min, 15 min then one says dry. Not sure what that means. Oh this is an IPA with boosted alc content with dextros. Is there any special way to steap the grains? Last time I just put them in the sock and dipped them in and out.

    Thats good to know because I have never had this much yeast at the bottom. I sucked up just about all the seidment in the bucket some how and created a sandy beach at the bottom of my beer bottle.

    Yeah I used Irish Moss but I ****ed up and mixed it all up when I used the auto syphon. Can you used some sort of screen or filter when you bottle it?

    I got tons of the dead yeast at the bottom of the bucket into the bottles. You can just see it chillin there. Also, I have problems with my beers not being very clear and lots of sediment. What am I doing wrong?

    Confused on IPA recipe...

    I am boiling it right now and the only thing wrote down was 60 min 30 min 5 min So do I boil each hops for the time listed or do I throw them in when the timer reaches a certain point?

    Some guides say I can just put vodka in the rack and fill kit to make a vacuum. Still what do I do about the bleach spots.. It wont hurt anything will it?

    almost full boil?

    The guy at the brew shop told me it only costs 5 dollars more of hops to only boil 2 gallons at a time but says at this stage it is not worth it.
