If you were to brew a batch of beer for a wedding...

My buddies wedding is in two weeks, i've kegged up: Snow Day clone Dead Guy clone Chocolate stout BM's Centennial blone American IPA If you can't find something you like out of that, well then you're SOL.

    Show us your SWMBO...

Her first time out, she shot a hell of a lot better than anyone could have expected. Started her out with a 22/45 the moved to the 9mm. Still stressing the "drive the gun, don't let the gun drive you", but she was hitting inside the large square at 7 yards after a couple magazines no problem...

Munich Helles Dead Guy Clone (Extract & AG- see note)

I made this but with 1056. I have to say, it's sitting in a keg carbing up now, but this is _the_best_beer_ i've made thus far. Everything has finally come together, accurate mash temps, full yeast starter, pure oxygen wand, cool (~62*F) fermentation temps. This is the beer I'm going to judge...

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

Brewed this again. Added another 1lb of grain to my bill to compensate for the lack of efficiency with the LHBS crush. Turns out after I weighed everything out that they got new crushers and systems, ended up hitting 75% which will put this about 5% given my additions. Made a big 1.5L...

    20 minute diy wort chiller

I had a 20' IC for a while too, it worked pretty good. Then someone gave me a Home Depot gift card they weren't using and I upgraded slightly I feel like Tim Taylor every time I get that thing out.

Munich Helles Dead Guy Clone (Extract & AG- see note)

Brewed the AG version of this last weekend. Like a true champion, I managed to unknowingly knock the manifold off my ball valve while mixing in the grains. Nothing like sticking your hand in 155* mash to make a man out of you. I was ~5 points low on my pre-boil gravity, so I supplemented with...

Perfect, my 7.5 gal Bayou has been a nightmare with boilovers. Thanks!

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

And that's what I kind of figured, hence leaving it in the fridge for a while before chucking the batch. I guess I just expected it to be much better, sooner, given what others have found. I'm happy in the end though, so no harm no foul.

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

I brewed this up - primary for a week, secondary for a week. Let it sit in the bottles for a week or two before chilling a few and trying them with high hopes...and absolutely hated them. Not sure what it was, they tasted too sweet, I can't remember all the details other than I would get...

    Project: Snow Day

No, using richbrew's recipe. Added just slightly too much DME, ended up at 1.069 instead of 1.066. Nailed everything else though, bubbling away like mad at 68*
