    I know I should have added water....but I had a date to make it to. The yeast bottle says if its 1.07 that would be a problem, but because its a lower volume it should be fine?

    Thank you everyone for the help. Sounds like the basic idea is sound. And I think I will do the dunk sparge method and be sure to stir it up. That also seems like the easiest way. I designed my recipe around a 65% efficiency. Sounds about right? Also, any comments on the recipe itself...
