It will settle out. Day three is nothing! You can do a "dry hop" with peppermint bags for a day or so before bottling if you want for more aroma.

I keep them whole, and I use peppermint.

Malt base is still spot on but you can probably add a pound of base. Hops are totally up in the air on this one, but the original combo is tasty!
