    BCS Level Sensing

Research research research Ok… so here is a transducer that does similar to what I’m looking for. What would it take to build one that just took 0-5V and converted it to 0-10K ohms? From there it shouldn’t take much to make it work with the BCS… right?

    BCS Level Sensing

Here is an example using a pressure sensor and an Arduino to convert the voltage for the BCS. Would something similar to this work with the sensor I listed above?

I'm not a keyboard commando. I am curious though what type of work that you do that allows you to use square tube for gas. Answer me and prove me wrong. I have no problem admitting that I have made a mistake. Please educate me. You may be able to build a 'safe' frame, but how many will copy the...

So, as a professional you are allowed to use square tubing for gas supply?

The frame is not designed or rated for gas. It's not safe. Unlike other elements of home brewing, gas is not the place to cut corners. As great as Lonnie's Brutus design was a great gift to the brewing community, his gas beam was not. Instead, it created a lot of very unsafe brew stands.

The powder coating will burn off around the burners. Frame routed gas is a bad idea. Otherwise, the stand looks great.

    False bottom/filter question

I've used false bottoms identical to that and never saw or used a sponge. Perhaps the sponge is for wiping beer suds off your mustache? Did it come with square pants?

    Might need some ideas ....

It already dumps so a mash tun is the first choice I would select. I don't know about how to deal with the steam jacket without steam. Perhaps electric? BTW: Pretty Cool

You obviously still do not understand the point of using low pressure propane. Once again: a furnace gas valve is designed to work with .5 PSI/11" W.C. In order to use a furnace gas valve the propane pressure must be reduced accordingly. The furnace gas valve is used to automate flame control...

Because some rigs have both high and low pressure burners. If you would take but a minute and research the subject on HBT, you will find thousands of posts on this subject. If you research my threads you will see that our company is very anal when is comes to gas safety. You will also find we...

The burner is just a hunk of cast iron, it is the orifice size determines the pressure that is used. It's not a matter of 'rigging'. The same burner can also be used with natural gas using the proper size orifice. It's basic air/fuel ratio just like a carburetor. To use this style burner with a...

    BCS Level Sensing

I'm looking at this continuous level sensor. No... it's not cheap. But it can be configured for 1-5 volt output. How would I use this with a BCS controller since the BCS does not work with an analog signal? A transducer? if so, what am I looking for?
