    The assembly was done using Rectorseal 5. It's a stainless fitting. replace it with a standard black pipe fitting. let me know how much and I'll reimburse you. How come you didn't contact me for help?

    If all burners are low pressure, you only need a low pressure regulator. Isolation valve? Items 5 through 8 are correct. (use needle valves)

    Traditional batch sparge as I understand it has the mash sitting undisturbed for the duration of the mash. The wort is drained and more water is added. The method I described is different in that the wort is recirculated and kept at temperature (can be step mashed) and the rinse water is added...

    You need to provide venting at the top of the shroud/bottom of the kettle for air intake or you will choke your flame.

    I've seen 4 BBL systems that don't have a a mixer. Recirculation does a good job of getting everything. Just a thought...
