    Help Missed step

    I made Cider today from fresh pressed apples. I missed the step with adding the putting the Campden and leaving it sit for 24 hours. We also did not put the Petic Enzyme in. Is it going to turn out? Should I add it in now with the yeast already added? Thanks, MrLucky13
