Oh I see, thought you meant just pickup the bags of the unresponsive people. Yeah I could take on another 2 bags if needed, probably 2-row.

Huh, wasn't aware. Either way, I will still start it from a couple cans. Throwing it in a DIPA this coming week as a trial run, can't wait.

New England Grain Buy Sept 2014

What is it, 40 bags a pallet? I think we welcome as many pallets as our livers can handle, no? Another shameless plug to donate to these guys. Fantastic ongoing group buy that helps ALL OF US save countless dollars. Throwing a $5 to each doesn't hurt at all. Cheers to aslander and crazyirishman34.

Hmm. I'm in on the TF Pearl for a half bag. The current open split is at 0.75...should I fill and then open another split with 0.25, or just open a new split at 0.5?

    Infected or not?

I looked into the NB Caribou Slobber kit. No F.G. posted, as you said. I assume you used the Danstar dry yeast option? I did some light research on it and it seems this strain has a lower attenuation, sometimes around 65%. That would put your Slobber at 1.018. I also read many threads...

    Infected or not?

I would do what mrboz suggests, assuming you haven't already continued with your process. Before bottling, do make sure you have a consistent gravity readings for 3 days at least. Calculate and weigh your sugar accurately. Like I said relax, you're gonna have beer soon. :)
