The air is definitely leaking where the hose goes on the regulator even though the hose is pushed all the way onto the barb. The hose/tubing feels looser than expected.

The stone is fixed to the wand. I boil the stone/wand before use then spray a bit of Star San down the neck of the wand before using it. That may be overkill, but I'm paranoid about sanitization.

I didn't leave the drill attached only because I was concerned that the weight pulling on the shaft all the time might deform it.

I didn't know to use all three holes when tightening. Do you think I should just leave the drill attached to the mill after trying to get it tightened up more? What is the tapping method?
