    hey all - snake river brewing's (jackson hole, wy) zonker stout is one of my favorite beers. i realize this is a long shot, but has anyone ever seen a clone recipe for it? i've googled, but to no avail. thanks! :mug:

    secondary fermentation question(s)

    hey all - relatively new 'round these parts. i have my 4th batch (a porter) conditioning in bottles as of saturday, and my 5th batch (an IPA) in primary fermentation. i've got a pretty good feel for the basics, but my IPA will be my first that goes into secondary. so, once i buy a second...

    How was everyone's brew day?

    was a brew weekend for me. saturday i bottled my double-hopped porter that had fermented for 13 days. and sunday brewed a 60minute IPA. so far, so good.......................:mug:

    Continuous hopping

    nice timing - i did this yesterday as well, with an IPA. we'll see how it goes! i also plan to dry-hop once i move to secondary.

    we're in bergen county, small sunny yard. have grown some nice tomatoes and peppers before and figure the garden could use some hops as well. thinking about planting 10 rhizomes, but 2 of 5 types, or 5 of 2 types? decisions, decisions....
