    I made the mistake of refrigerating my beer right after I bottled it. I read this causes the yeast to hibernate basically and reduces the carbonation. If I took these back out of the fridge would they go back to fermenting or am I screwed from here?

    I will post the recipe here in a bit. I have it written down at home. But I used 3/4 priming sugar. I can definitely be more patient but that tidbit is helpful. My last beer only needed a week in bottling condition and it was ready. I wasn't sure about porters. But again I'll post the recipe...

    Bottled it for a week. Some things I can think went wrong. Didn't boil long enough. Temp was about 74-75 throughout fermentation. Fermented for two weeks which I feel I long enough but maybe it wasn't.
