    Hi guys, I wonder if my 2 lt batch is ready for bottling? It began its life on June,13th and now it is extremely clear -I can read newspapers through it :) and there is no activity (bubbling etc.) at least for 5 days. Do you think it is ready? Maybe not for tasting but for bottling and aging...
