    Got a line on one but the pics I've seen before all had the 4.9 SF model. Also, any tips on the seach feature? I'm sure this has been covered but I can't get advanced seach to show up. :drunk: Thanks!

    Am I f#@&ed? Day 4 in carboy. Things cleaned but not correctly sanitized and in contact since boil are the carboy, funnel, baster for hydro reading, and blow off tube top.

    Thanks! Put the other top on with the hose into a gallon milk container 1/3 filled with water. That makes sense that while some air gets into the wort it is pushed right back out by the co2 once the new airlock it on. Got it. And yes it's a five gallon carboy filled to the shoulder. I guess...

    I didn't want to take the top off and get more air in with the wort but it was going crazy. I guess I put too much water in the carboy. I cleaned the air lock and put it back on it started bubbling even more. More streams of foam squirting everwhere. Argghhhh! Its slowed down a bit now. Did...
