Ok thanks for the reply. So any reason why you use star san instead of soap and water? It doesn't touch the beer so Im confused (star san is soo spendy so that's why im curious).

Yeah Im sure it was full. It was a brand new tank. $13 more and i got it refilled. You spray everything with the star san? Even the regulator? I've got to figure this out!

Wow. That seems high but I'm a total noob with Kegging. Would that be considered force carbing? Anyone else have anything to add before i keg tonight? Also, if I go with the 31.8 psi, how many days at that pressure?

Hello all, I'm in the process of constructing a keezer. In the past all i've done is bottle and frankly, I'm getting lazy with the bottling and decided to upgrade to kegging. I have two batches of beer that are ready to be kegged, BUT I haven't constructed my keezer yet (I'm in the middle...

I called and they said it would be $60 to upgrade to SS. I agreed and then the guy informed me that my shipment was already on the truck to be shipped out. Bummer. Guess I'll just stick with chrome for a year or two. Hopefully they last.
