    Things a Homebrewer Thinks

Can't see the detailing the bottle but they have the Hawaiian islands in the glass! Being a home brewer in Hawaii that makes it all that much better when I ship bottles to friends on the mainland!

    Things a Homebrewer Thinks

That's how I feel all the time. Sierra Nevada Stubbies and the new Kona bottles are winners in my book!

Paints strainer bags or something better?

And I +1 your +1 I have two bags from him. Excellent build and great to use. Haven't had an issue with them over the course of the 3 months I've been brewing and 10batches I've done.

    Belma Hops

In noticing in my Belma/Motueka pale ale that the Belma is only just starting to really rear it's head up and show it self prominently. It was bottled 5/04/13. It's really starting to shift from strawberry to Mellon now.

American Wheat Beer [BIAB] 3gal Basement Wheat

I brewed up a second batch of this as my friends, my wife and I love this too much! I was using leftover hops and didn't quite have enough saaz so I had to lower the 1minute addition to .1oz Hit all the numbers spot on again and got the same efficiency again, 75%. Hoping the smaller addition...

    Things a Homebrewer Thinks

Invite about 4-5 friends over to try my homebrew, "yay, they like my home brew!" Two hours later and 4 drunk friends and one passed out, "wow! They REALLY like my beer!" The next day while taking inventory of ingredients, I glance over at my bottle storage area, "where'd all my beer go?!"...

    Belma Hops

How was the Belma IPA? I have been thinking of doing a series of single hop IPAs myself and have read some great things about belma versions.
