I tested a little banana wine and honey mead together and it was some kind of good. Decided to try a banana mead.
50 lbs bananas (peeled and frozen)
11 LB 5 oz honey
Water to 5 gallons
Ec1118 yeast.
I purchased the 5 LB containers from Walmart (yea I know). It’s 12.48 here. Not the best but it’s labeled pure clover honey. I’m looking a local source for some but haven’t been lucky yet.
