Have any of you tried kegging and bottling after carbing in a conical? Found a couple posts on how to, curious on possible issues.

Ended up getting a CF15 but without the cooling. Going to just purchase a stand up freezer to cool it down. Didn't want to have to purchase a glycol chiller and will give this a shot.

Assuming to use this you need the leg extensions?

Looking to purchase a CF10 and was thinking of getting their heating and cooling kit. Aside from the pain of swapping out ICE will it perform "cool" enough to cold crash, or is it just a waste to get their kit and try something like this? (or a freezer)

Did you end up buying a TC whirpool adapter for this? Wanted to order one that will fit in the smaller TC ports on the side. Also, how much liquid/wort is needed to cover the top TC port to suck the water out and whirpool? I got mine unboxed then had to put it in the garage so havn't had a...

How much potency do they lose being so old?

will just an adapter to the pump work for this? I saw a chugger pump for sale the other day. What would be the correct placement for the pump and connectors? This would save all the stirring that for sure!

I only have a immersion chiller so I would have to get a pump and a plate chiller right?

If I do not have a hook up for an element yet, is it a waste of money to buy plugs for 3 of the 4 ports for now and just boil a 10 gallon batch? Was thinking of doing that or a BIAB 5 gallon until i can get my electrician out.

So, besides the port for the electric element. What should I use the others for? Right now I just have a 10 gallon with a ball valve and temp probe for my gas set up. Was hoping to do more with this but from what you guys are writing I might be pretty limited. Just dont want to get useless stuff...

Curious on your bill of costs, if that is something you don't mind sharing.

Was thinking the same. Figured I can HOPEFULLY find a simple controller for cheap and just try this as a 1 vessel machine and see if I can get it to work. Thought anyway, lets see if I can make it work. Now to start researching that.
