A hop update. We have officially ran out of Simcoe PELLETS. They are in short supply this crop year, and we have sold out of all of ours. As of today we are replacing the Simcoe PELLETS, with Simcoe Whole Leaf hops.

We all try our best, which is not always prefect, but I like to think it is pretty good. Ed

Call your home brew store and see where they get their stuff. They should give you a pretty good direction. Same thing goes for a local brewery. Most breweries and home brew stores should not have a problem pointing you in the right direction. Ed

I agree that the more recipes that are posted using our current format the more muddled it becomes. That is why the current recipe format is going to be replaced with a series of drill down options. So if you want to see rated recipes only that you can.
