It could be sugar that settled out for sure. I sometimes over-stir in my bottling bucket to make sure none of the priming settles out of the solution. I've found just letting the flow from the fermenter mix up the final product doesn't do a good enough job.

I'm good for 3-4 beers a week but not everyday. If I have a hockey game then that total per week is doubled easily.:mug:

Besides anything to do with beer I'm a nut for paintball playing it all over the globe whenever I get the chance. It's the chief reason why I don't have any extra money for brewing supplies. I also fish, play hockey and lacrosse, and golf my ass off.

It's their fault for putting it so close to those two spots. If they were smart they'd put it up in a warehouse somewhere and begin to rake in the money.

I just had a similar issue where I couldn't seem to get a stout scent out of my one fermenter bucket. I took two scoops of oxyclean and mixed it with the full 5 gallons and let it sit there a day and a half and now she's as good as new.

Here's what I found out: Creation Date........ 2008-03-12 Registration Date.... 2008-03-12 Expiry Date.......... 2010-03-12 So it's been up awhile now.

I guess you could but just for safety's sake I would cork each bottle up and cover it with some wax.

I have 3 BB's and have just left them on there. And I still use a milk crate to carry them around simply due to the flex issue with the plastic. Your going to love the thing.

You could do it for sure I'm just not sure your going to get the results you want. There's a big difference between going straight extract and steeping some grains first with little to no extra effort.
