The back panel for my 16x20 Hoff enclosure was just over $50 + shipping. This was for white powder-coated steel. I'm of the mind that you can't have too big of an enclosure if you have permanent space in which to hang it. This is a great price on a really roomy enclosure.

Is that the actual time base (I would call it duty cycle but Im just an old skool programmer) you're using? Seems you'd be putting lots of wear and tear on the SSR. Lots of talk around these parts of a 2 second time base to save on the SSR, overheating, etc.

What size barrel are you looking for? New or single use (the latter I would guess)
