10 mins. left on my mash, 6 gals of Dogfishhead PA clone. Got an early start. Should be watchin preseason baseball and sippin some Russian Gun Imperial Stout for inspiration on future brews this afternoon!

Its funny how after you get used to shiny conical fermenters, the thought of brewing a batch and putting it into anything else... well... lol Guess i need another ugh.. Plus side, re-gapped the rollers on the barley crusher and put together some new parts on the rig for my first try at a Dogfish...

So far, im pretty happy with how it all works. I have some upgrading of other components now to take care of. Brewed up 10 gals of a pale ale this morning. Third all electric batch. I seem to be boiling off too much liquid even with the EZ Boil controller set to around 75%... Lost roughly 1-3/4...

Soldered in my Heating elements Tri-clamp ports, water tests and finished up last wiring on the rig. First all electric brew day tomorrow. Turned into a two year project! SNPA 10Gal and a pumpkin pie porter up bright and early tomorrow! Its like Christmas lol...
