I just wanted to post a couple of pics of my new brew stand I am building . It is 1 1/2'' steel with 3 Banjo burners (Just like all the rest nothing really new) I haven't got the other pump yet and I still need some hose/valve... I think I am going to use 1/2'' id silicone tubing with hose...

I have 4 of the brew cubes . If you think it is going to be too heavy just carry it downstairs in 5 gallon bucket's and then pour it in the cube . I love them they are easy to clean and wont break.

Don't stick it in the ground, hold it and use it as a launcher and a shield and have a good old fashion bottle rocket war!;)

I tried this out last night and it worked GREAT!!! So I decided to take a pic today to show everyone:mug: It works with little bottle rockets or the larger rockets. I know everyone has at least one laying around that they haven't found a use for yet try it and let me know how it works for ya.:D

I have 3 new faucets and or a single faucet tower and a PEX manifold/valve for a cooler, let me know if you are interested.:mug:

I went ahead and used the Malto-Dextrin . I had used it before in a Porter but I wasent sure about useing it in a paler Beer. As for the Hop's I used .5? oz Centennial 9.7aa at boil .4? oz Nugget 13.7aa at boil .6 oz Cascade 5.0aa at last 15 .5 oz Cascade 7.9aa at last 15

I am mashed in on a all grain Amber Ale that has Malto-Dextrin in the recipe and I am not sure if I want to use it . Does it impart a flavor or just up the fermentable sugars? Allso I have a few partial bags of hops I was thinking about using up. How does this sound .5? oz Centennial...

I did about the same thing I added about 1-2 cups of one-step? to top off a batch of wine. :mad: Not that this helps you but it may make you feel better.:mug:

Humm ? I drain completely after mashing and then I sparge with my sparge arm trying to keep the grain under 1'' of water . Am I doing it wrong?
