thanks for the help so far..... A small update.... I added the pectic enzyme, and she is very clear.... Going to rack it off the sediment today once it settles from me moving the carboy to a higher location. Clear enough to read a newspaper to. I also added a bit of tannin to a small sample...

Any updates on how these caps are holding up? Can you go into a bit more detail about the Luer lock installation?

I used to keg all the time when I had a keezer. and force carbing was nice. I didn't have any yeast floating around the beer which is the only reason my wife let me get away with home brewing. It took up to much space so I sold it and didn't brew for a few years. Now I am back to brewing...
