    Enclosure for Control Panel

The square PID holes are pretty annoying. I'd recommend getting those precut if you don't have a nice rotary tool.

    German Beer. Holy crap Batman.

Well don't live in the boring midwest. There is umpteen times more variety in the US than Germany. I absolutely love Germany and German beers, but the majority of Germany is pretty much just one of the big 3 brands. Then you're lucky if they carry more than 3 of that brand's beers.

Brewing Ginger/Hop Beer in my CAR. [PORTABLE BREWING]

Plus you don't want another drifter stealing your hooch, so the hole is also nice from a security standpoint.

Drink bottle-conditioned ale before hand so your mouth has a nice microfauna. Leave that in your car with the windows rolled up so there's a nice...

I can't recall ever being impressed by a single SN beer. Maybe I'll try one if I see a fresh date to check if that was the issue.

    Auber Instruments BIAB controller

Labor price in most industries is $65/hr easy. 3hrs to wire a panel up like that doesn't sound far fetched. You guys always forget they're running a business and not a DIY hobby. This isn't for the DIY customer. Not saying I'd buy it, but it doesnt look bad at all. Never understand why...

Wife tried making those awhile back and it didnt work well. Not sure if our waffle iron just sucks and didnt get hot enough or what. Maybe not enough oil. They just didnt brown nicely.

Of course it's cheaper to build your own, labor is the major part of almost any item. But for complete panels this looks pretty nice.
