Took a gravity sample. Been at 1.020 with wyeast 1272 for a week. In a pickle i dont hany other yeast to pitch to try and finish it off. So shook and raised temp. Hoping for the best but i may have gone too high during my mash.
Checked the gravity of my brew that has been going for just under week. 1023. Also ordered myself various odds and ends for hardware and a mash recirc manifold.
