Yes, but I don't think they brew fine beer with silo grain. That's what they use to make Wonderbread, Twinkies, and othe animal feed.

Agreed. The only additional advice I would give is to not skimp on the wood and hardware. With 25 or more gallons of scalding liquids and hot grains, you don't want to risk a collapse. I recommend 4x4s and 2x6s tied together with lag bolts. And, don't buy cheap, undersized wheels. Good luck.

The graphic labels on my bins are cut out from catalogs and laminated.

Not real fancy but rolls out so I can access the base and specialty grains I need.

Woodie has served me very well the last couple of years.

Trying out just adhering some paneling to the keezer. Invested $10, so if the works, I'll get some nice birch and stain it.

Base of the plants don't look so great. Growing in the New England area, so days have been wet then hot, but not intense. Any thoughts on the condition of these Cascades?
