I do both. If I've got a half day to burn I'll make an all-grain batch. If I'm trying to make a batch in an evening after work I'll whip up a quick extract batch.

It was two different sets of orders, both within the last 2 months ... I just added the fourth faucet to my keezer last week.

I bought four of the chrome Perlicks from them with shanks and a few other items and didn't have any problems. Haven't purchased any ingredients though.

I've got three secondary regulators feeding four kegs. On one I use a stainless "T" so the one regulator controls two kegs. Worked great so far for the cost of the "T" and a few clamps.

It should look, feel and taste like a good beer. Search out some commercial examples of the styles you're trying to brew and taste them. It should be similar to those. If it doesn't, then post up your recipe and brewing process and you'll get plenty of help.

I've never used chocolate like that but dry-hop in the primary with pellets all the time. After fermentation is done I put the hops in for a week or 10 days and then rack to a keg.
