    Beer won't carbonate

Nevermind! Turns out there was beer gas in my co2 tank, nice and bubbly now

    Beer won't carbonate

Well I'm a complete n00b to kegging and having a beer carbonate over night or in minutes (from what i have heard) sounded pretty darn good. So i followed the steps to quick carb in 24 hours and the beer is barely carbed at all. These are the steps I'm taking: - Take beer coupler and put that on...

    1.8 cubic foot fridge kegerator??

Yeah I don't think I'm gonna go for the build, as mirth said cost wise it isn't smart and the amount of the time isn't worth it either. Now if only the guy on Craigslist for a kegerator would get back to me...

    1.8 cubic foot fridge kegerator??

So I can get a 1.8 cu ft fridge for dirt cheap and I wanna use it to make a larger kegerator, about the size of a regular sized mini fridge. It'll be insulated pretty well and I've already ruled out to cool the kegs beforehand. Has anyone done this before or have any tips?

    Custom Kegerator Build Help

Cool! Thank you. I have a 14.5 cb ft freezer chest I just started using for a fermentation chamber so I should definitely be able to cool stuff down pretty well. I wish I could just make a keezer but I don't have the space unfortunately

    Custom Kegerator Build Help

OK so i plan on building a kegerator from the ground up for cheaps just to get to the point I'll be getting a 1.7 cubic foot mini fridge for $20 that works perfect and is barely used and im going to gut it. I wanna keep it relatively light because I want to be able to move it easily and not...

    Graff (Malty, slightly hopped cider)

The flavor has improved greatly after being in the fridge a few days. I am 100% sure I used S04, does s04 always finish at 1.010 or does it depend on how low the OG is? Thanks for the tips though! My brother recently got a homebrewing kit from our local HBS so I'm borrowing the book it came with...

    Graff (Malty, slightly hopped cider)

Surprisingly after a couple days in the fridge the taste improved a lot. Not sure if this is normal?

    Graff (Malty, slightly hopped cider)

So, it's finally fully carbed for me today and so I cracked one open and i can't say it's amazing. It's good but a bit too dry, my OG was 1.055 and it finished at 1.005 with s-04. This was my first so I didn't really know what to do raise the gravity. Better luck next time I guess!

    Graff (Malty, slightly hopped cider)

Did this for my first batch of Homebrew ever and followed the recipe completely. I used Cascade hops. I bottled 5 days ago and cracked open one to taste "test" and I all I can is wow. Amazing not dry at all very nice smooth flavor and a little bit of carbonation so far. I can't wait for 2 weeks...

Help!! Tons of pressure in fermenter

I figured, when I went there all they had was the orange lids. I'll have to search around for the white lids, Lowe's maybe?

Help!! Tons of pressure in fermenter

Wow! I was too lazy to go out and get a 6 gallon bucket somewhere though I do know I should be using one. Eventually I wanna do some experimental 1 gallon batches in glass carboys so hopefully those don't explore on me!

Help!! Tons of pressure in fermenter

Right now I actually have it set in a tub of water with a fish tank heater. The lowest the heater will go is 66ish degrees unfortunately

Help!! Tons of pressure in fermenter

Lol I wiped off some of the krausen and it started letting pressure out again so I didn't get a face of cider. I ended up doing this exactly though. I'm using Safale S04 at 66 Degrees

Help!! Tons of pressure in fermenter

Yes it's a 5 Fallon batch of Graff. About an inch and a half from the lid. I did not add sugar. I'm using Safale S04

Help!! Tons of pressure in fermenter

I'm gonna keep a very close eye on it though. I'm new to this but is krausen that thick cream colored paste? Because that was blocking all the vent holes in the cap
