I don't use it, but SWMBO edits music for her dance recitals on it--that's one of the reasons we buy Macs in the first place. Seriously, she can cut and splice "inappropriate" language out of just about any song, which opens up a lot of options for music used in a three-year-old's dance...

I put my hop additions in grain bags and for the most part can drain without my ball valve getting plugged up. There are other methods as well, bazooka screen or hop bag, but you will plug up your valve without something to contain the pellet debris.
