Tried adding some mint leaves at flameout today in a wheat beer, needless to say it has added a very harsh bitterness (don't really taste much of the mint flavor either) and probably wasn't the best idea. Going to try and "counter" it a bit with coriander and honey, and maybe some mint leaves...

My first brew turned out great (a Brewers Best Dunkelweizen kit with black cherry added). Pretty happy with the label too, although I may change the name. I'm a web designer by trade so I spend plenty of time in photoshop/illustrator.
