    Fermentation can take 24 to 72 hrs to show visible signs.

    Did a German Dunkel used WL Southern German Lager yeast with exp. date of March 2009(WL 838). Did not use a starter and pitched yeast at 53 degrees with a specific gravity of 1.062. I have nothing at 36 hours and just aggitated and looked into the bucket and zero activity. Would you recommend...
