    I had a og of 1.050. If my fg reading is correct it should be 6.4. It tastes sweet kind of? Really doesn't taste heavy at all.

    Maybe it's just too bitter from unripe cherries used in the concentrate? I just used some tart cherry preserve in a wheat beer. What's it taste like? It looks pretty good

    I like to prime mine with sugar water and make them carbonated. It makes it better

    Yeah but you could've used different yeast. You can get bulk distiller's yeast on ebay for cheap. I do store bought cider with that and it turns out pretty good.

    Me and my friends drank ten year old commercial beer. A lot. It was in cans and we were ok.

    I think you left it in the fermentor too long. I'm not sure but it may get more sour. You could put it in the fridge.
