I was always under the impression 2ndary ferm was only about carbinating the beer by adding sugar to each bottle before capping....... The sediment in the bottles is bi product of creating co2 .... Are you guys saying you can add sugar to 23L carboy and seal it... them bottle it 2 weeks later...
