I wasn't walking around with it, I was clumsy while trying to grab a gravity reading and knocked it out of my lagering fridge. Anyone ever had any issues using plastic for an extended lager (probably as volatile and passionate a question as SS vs Aluminum boil kettles...)?

Just spent the evening with three good friends drinking out first two batches (dunkelweizen and a cream ale) while we bottled our third and fourth (brown ale and a very potent honey ale) and brewed our fifth and sixth (Scottish red ale and a maibock). Does it really get much better than this...
