    Small Brew Pub Attempt

See, I knew it was simple. That is awesome. The great thing is my SWMBO is a beer drinker as well. She is really exited as long as I keep a fresh supply of her favorite IPA that I make.

    Small Brew Pub Attempt

You know, I have been a reader of this community for a while. I have yet to figure out what SWMBO stands for. I am sure it's very obvious but it escapes me.

    Small Brew Pub Attempt

I do have the room to build up to 10'x24' and put in cold storage. I'm just not sure if I have it in the budget. I do like the idea, maybe I will just push back the start of the build and make sure I have enough funds set aside.

    Small Brew Pub Attempt

Yes on the sink. I plan on having a double sink by the bar and a large capacity sink by the brewing set up. No bathroom, as for countertop space, I will have a good size counter on both sides.

Thanks Layne, of course it isn't anywhere near the awesomeness you have reached with yours. Your encouragement is much appreciated.

    Mashpaddle.com is live

They look great. I don't think 65 bucks is too much to ask. This is if that price includes the name and a logo.

    Small Brew Pub Attempt

Pool table would be awesome, but no. I was thinking I might get a big enough table to play some poker and what not, muli purpose. I have a dart board already for the room too. I was thinking about running my cable tv and internet out there too. I am wanting this to double as an HQ for my...

    Small Brew Pub Attempt

One think is for sure, I don't have 100k to throw at this "little" project. My wife would kill me, but oh a man can dream. Anyway, uses, right, brewing for sure, I do want to put a small bar it, maybe a small pub table and a few chairs. Im not looking to go to crazy with this. No couches, I...

    Small Brew Pub Attempt

Well, construction (framing, plumbing, electric, insulation, and drywall) are taken care of. After that, I have 2-3K to work with for everything else. What I really would like to know from everyone here are the little extra goodies as well as the essentials.

    Small Brew Pub Attempt

I have to say, I have been most inspired with a few of the post about my fellow HBT builders. I have the chance to build a small brewpub in my back yard during this coming year. The idea came mainly from Layne's very impressive brew (HOUSE), as well as a few others. I thought that I would...

Gearing up to brew my first AG

To pnj: I know what you mean by spending little or a lot. Some the the stuff I have been looking at is awesome but way too expensive. I think I will end up building some of the stuff I will need, I like to do that anyway. To Benthic: Thanks for the DVD. I do learn this way, it makes...

Gearing up to brew my first AG

    Hello from Southern Cali

Hello all at HomeBrewTalk. My name is Erik, mainly an extract brewer, but I am gearing up to brew my first all-grain very soon. I have plans on brewing my first Octoberfest with this first all-grain. If you have any big tips for someone that could use as many as he can get, please feel free...
