I rarely use flaked malts in this style , had a couple of batches that oxidized. But I totally agree with you.

In my personal experience, it’s more so the dry hop schedule that affects the haze stability rather than the grain bill. Dry hopping during active fermentation will act as a clearing agent. I only dry hop after fermentation is complete.

Where did you get the Nelson cgx? I’ve been trying to get some myself. Looks great🍻

Nelson riwaka with ctz is great.

like Degallo stated the beer cleared do to the clearing agents used : Irish moss, and gelatin.

add it to a purged keg than rack the beer, gently roll the keg. I also add aldc and some Asorbic acid.

Not by much. My terminal ph is around 4.6 since I’m not adding Asorbic in the mash, I’m still using phosphoric asid to lower the ph.

1 gram per gallon but I’ve have tried just 3 grams for a five gallon batch and it worked just fine.

My most recent brew 95% gambrinus pils 5% dextrose Hops: ctz first wort, Nelson @ knock out,Nelson whirlpool Nelson dry hop, eclipse spectrum second dry hop and aldc. Super juicy
