    What bottles do you use?

    One of my LHBS has 500ml (US pint) short necks like Double Mountain uses. I find the unique shape, compared to most commercial bottles, helps my empties make it back to me instead of the bottle depot.

    Hey all, a few batches in and still lots to learn. Today's question. I'd like find a hop(s) bill that will have the pine/juniper resiny forest flavours, but leave out the citrus aspect. Just not a fan of that waft of grapefruit that seems so popular in a lot of IPAs.

    Thanks, Wasn't sure if it required a specific work around, the on board temp control resets when the power is cut (as would happen with the STC controlling a plug setup that is so common.) But I think I avoid all that trouble by using Harry's advice.
