Seems like fermentation is still going on and the yeast are taking their sweet time. Is your ferm temp low? What's your expected final gravity? Check your SG tomorrow or the next day. If it doesn't change from your current reading, you're good to go! Edit: dang! Typing on a phone is slow...

Heard of a new hop farm over the weekend: hopsconnect.com out of Pemberton, BC. Currently only takes online orders from BC but is supposed to be opening up nation-wide very soon. And I think you can place phone orders from out of province... Haven't tried them yet.

I FWH'd on 2 of my most recent batches for the first time. Both are still in primary so I can't comment on any flavor differences. But for process, I added my bittering "60 min" hops to my first runnings while fly sparging.

Had a homebrew club AGM yesterday. Slept all afternoon. Missed the Superbowl, but I'm not upset -- I don't like bowling anyway...
