Ok..those orfices look like they are they are ment to be sold with those 60 k burners..im guessing they are set pretty close to that demand..there is no excess flow valve built into the tank valve..they only have a float valve to prevent overfilling and a check valve to prevent the valve from...

Copper tubing will in time corrode with the propane . If the copper tubing is left untouched it generally wont cause any problems like the pigtail used to hookup the larger tanks for household use. If that copper tubing is tampered with it can result in a flood small flakes that can clog orfices...

    Hot Water Heater Valve

I dont think the thermostat on the water heater valve will get you up to tempature that would be useful... The limit is probably 140f. If its a propane valve the main burner outlet maybe 1/2 left handed thread inverted flarewhich may be difficult to find connections for a different valve...that...

Standard Propane - Brutus 10 type build

http://www.pplmotorhomes.com/parts/lp-gas/propane-regulator-rv.htm an intergal twin stage like this would be something to consider over a standard bbq single stage reg. I believe this model handles about 215 kbtu. The twin stage feature will reduce regulator wear and tear over the single stage...

Converting to NG from Propane help please

Where are you going to connect to your ng system,? If your existing propane system is design for greater than 1/2 psi (which it sounds like with your regulator adjustment to control your burners) you tap in by the water heater in the garage, your going to end up with about 1/4 p.s.i supply...
