    I would go with kegging first. Take your time. Improve your sanitation/brewing techniques first before going all-grain.     Yeah Abita is about the only good thing around these parts. I used to love it but now Abita Amber tends to be a bit too malty for my tastes. I like a bit more hop in my beer. :D I'm actually about an hour south of N.O.
