    RE: to buy store bought hops or not to buy store bought hops... Already looking into growing hops, I have the space. But really, if I'm cooking and need fresh thyme, I don't usually get purist over growing my own- but for beer I just might get to growing.

    Hi All, I have never brewed... well scratch that, I have brewed before in high school a million years ago the beer was interesting, bitter and the ingredients were store bought. My question is: could I make a tasty wheat beer, or Belgian type ale using the yeast from a bottle conditioned...
