    My first brew day

Thanks Will, I might just do that. I'm waiting on UPS to deliver my probe thermometer actually *taps foot for the delivery guy* I do have a heater but it is actually in use so I won't be able to utilize that but I don't think I'll have an issue with heat in Florida, lol. Update: Just...

    My first brew day

I picked up the liquid Wyeast. Yup, I figured I wouldn't be able to hit 62 with the swamp cooler based off my location. My logic was if I aimed for it and it came out a few degrees warmer then at least I would have a nice safe temp that the yeast could operate in. With my job I get a discount...

    Hello from Orlando!

I feel the same way Code in terms of supporting local shops. And thank you for that information on BMW, it will be going in my notes! Once I have a fairly clear view on the process, brewing will commence! :rockin: That can't come soon enough, lol.

    Hello from Orlando!

@brew: Good luck on that first batch! @Code: You're not kidding, I actually went down there earlier. Even though they answered the questions I had, I felt like they didn't want to answer them, so I left. It's about a 25-30 minute drive to their store so I doubt I will be making many trips.
