Enjoying a HM pineapple hydromel. All in all this experimental batch turned out quite tasty, I expect it needs a few more weeks to truly shine though. I'm satisfied with the tannin content and I getting a mild, yet pleasant pineapple taste that lingers on nicely.

First time drinking this, but enjoying it quite a lot. Nice ripe fruit and citrus aromas, but not quite as bitter as I expected. My first Imperial IPA and all in all I was pleasantly surprised by this.

Sounds like a fun place. Like I've said, I may be a bit biased in regards to my rating since I've tried so many great beers, but I'd certainly still call it good. :) Also, one of these days I really need to get my hands on some American Budweiser, just to see how that compares.

A Budweiser for me today.

Having quite the interesting night cap. Smooth and herbal, with only the residual warmth to hint at the actual ABV. I would definitely recommend this if you can get your hands on it in the States. It's a very interesting herbal liquor that actually tastes like delicious, slightly spiked tea.

Been way too long since I've posted, but I've returned. This time with the last of my stock of Kilkenny. I then continued with a Budvar dark lager. A lovely, dark, Czech beer with a nice malty flavour and some enjoyable roasted notes.

On Monday I finally bottled about 3,5 gallons of my spiced, plum melomel. Has been bulk ageing for about a year now. It already tastes good, in my opinion. It'll be even better come the cold autumn months. P.S Ignore the random bottle labels, it's what I had on hand.

Another tasty one from the local taproom. A lovely English (bitter) ale. 4.3% ABV, 36 IBU I could drink these all the time.

After another 14 hour Saturday shift I just had to stop at the local tap room. Enjoying their weekly special, an English IPA, 5.2% ABV and 35 IBU

Managed to get a few of these at a discount at the local store. Not a bad light lager.

After a very busy, hectic work day this really hits the spot. Leffe Brown, really loving this beer.
