Continuing with something interesting. Makgeolli with chestnut. Makgeolli is a slightly sparkling Korean rice wine. It's slightly viscous and tastes slightly sweet and tangy, the chestnut aroma is very pleasant and also quite prevalent in the aftertaste.

My HB pale ale, crisp, refreshing, pleasantly bitter and a lovely hop aroma. A win in my book, could be a tad clearer but I don't mind.

Blueberry Strudel, a pastry fruit sour by Clef Brewery. This thing comes very close to sipping on a pleasantly sour pastry. The vanilla and cinnamon pairs amazingly well with the blueberries and the sourness rounds off the entire ensemble. All in all a very nice and pleasant beer.
