Yeah, was certainly an unexpected surprise. I think I've learned from my mistake though. I'll be looking into some squatter proof storage for my grain in the future as well. For now I've improvised with buckets, lids and tape around the edge.

Nothing special today, better than water though.

The last of my HB dark mild. It wouldn't have lasted this long had I not forgotten about the two bottles at the very back of the fridge. The good news is that a new batch is currently fermenting and not a minute too soon.

It's been three years since I've made my spiced, plum mead, age has improved the taste beyond my expectations. Dangerously drinkable at 15%. P.S. wanted to make a picture with a full glass, but the mead was far too drinkable.

HB smoked porter, have a few of them left hidden away. It has aged nicely and developed some complexity.

Okay, I know it might look odd, but this blueberry, banana sour with lactose actually works as a desert beer.

Enjoying a HB sweet chocolate stout, this has aged quite nicely. Also a tired and slightly unhappy dog in the background, he is not a fan of showers.
