    Adding liqour

    My calculations gave me 8.2%... Here's how I got it: 5 gal * 128 oz * 7.4% = 47.36 oz of 100% alcohol from the beer 16 oz * 40% = 6.4 oz of 100% alcohol from the JD (47.36 oz + 6.4 oz)/(5 gal*128oz+16oz) = 8.2%

    powering BCS with 5Vdc

    I know the BCS controllers are supposed to be powered with 6Vdc-10Vdc... I purchased a 120VAC to 5Vdc transformer to power a relay module and was wondering if anybody had success powering their BCS with only 5V?
