    Caramel Apple Hard Cider

    Had a few bottles explode during pasteurization but went well. Cider is very clear afterwards with a layer of dead yeast on the bottom of the bottle. My wife loves it. And I'm going to do another batch but make it still and put in wine bottles for Christmas gifts to give away at the office.
