anyone know any organic ingredient sites so i can make an all organic brew... probably gonna use turbinado for priming organic extracts would be nice but thats not bloody likely.

thanks homebrewers outpost.....ruined a batch because ya didnt tell me i needed a machine...... ehh its more my fault but its nice to throw blame elsewhere, live and learn.... SO i suppose the question is NOW....do you think the beer will be ok in the fermenter, primed, until i get a machine...

yup, gravity is 1.020 from an OG of 1.040, and it tastes really good

so i brewed my ponderosa porter on wednesday, it is now sunday, and it would seem fermentation has stopped, i am in the process of taking a hydro reading but im willing to bet its done, but isnt this really fast to be done? its fermenting at im gonna guess somewhere around 65 degrees, the closet...

MY CAT seems quiet interested in climbing into my fermenter, every time i go to take a hydrometer reading he tries to climb in,
